Two AmeriHealth New Jersey leaders recognized on ROI-NJ’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencers List

ROI-NJ’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencers List includes two members of the AmeriHealth New Jersey leadership team. Chris Campellone, business development manager, and Justin Lane, manager of sales, were recognized for their roles as co-chairs of AmeriHealth New Jersey’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Together, Campellone and Lane are committed to providing a forum for safe, respectful and open discussion among associates. Throughout the year, the Council organizes discussion and learning sessions for associates on a range of topics including social and racial inequality, LGBTQ+ experiences in the workplace, microaggressions, unconscious bias, generational differences, and code switching.

Campellone has been with AmeriHealth New Jersey for seven years and works with the company’s senior leadership team to define, track and execute both long- and short-term strategic goals for the statewide health plan. He has been recognized with several corporate awards for his leadership and holds a B.A. in journalism from Temple University.

Lane has been with the company for a decade and leads a team exclusively focused on managing some of the company’s largest and most complex accounts. He sits on the board of the Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce and in 2017 was named a 20 Under 40 by South Jersey Biz. He holds a B.S. in political science from Rutgers University.
