Cranbury, NJ, September 21, 2020 — Justin Lane, manager of sales for AmeriHealth New Jersey, will be a featured panelist at Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey’s (CCSNJ) Virtual Diversity Forum on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 11 a.m.
Lane will take part in a panel entitled “The Workplace Evolution — Expanding the Definition of Inclusivity.” The discussion will focus on why organizations that accept employee differences, while encouraging an environment where individuals feel comfortable being their authentic self, leads to a more productive and pleasant work environment. Panelists will also address how embracing diversity in gender, race, age, sexual orientation, and unique capabilities can make for a better overall workplace culture.
Lane serves as co-chair of AmeriHealth New Jersey’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, which plays an integral role in helping cultivate a welcoming and inclusive work environment within the organization. He also sits on the board of the Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce.
